1968 Impala

This Impala was done in April of 2007

It sports a 572 crate motor.
This one will recieve a custom leather interior.

The liner has been sew and installed.

The stock seats will be altered for a modern look.

With the huge power plant and large exhaust the owner wants this one to be insulated
very well.  The car will be compleatly lined with Dynamat.

The dash has been recovered and installed.

New door boards are cut.

The seats have been restructured for a custom more modern look.

The insulation process continues.

All the interior garnish mouldings will be covered.

The new style Impala emblem looks at home in this large deck shelf.

The two tone center console gives a glimpse into what the rest will look like.
We think it will flow with the rest of the car well.

The carpets have been installed.

The kick panels are covered in a two tone.  The dark will flow off the dash and into the door panel.

You can't get enough sound deadner!!

This panel is so much better than the same old stock aftermarket kits you see at every show.

The Gator red leather really pulls the red stripe off the body.

No speaker grilles for a clean smooth look.

Reshaping of the rear seats.

The rear seat looks comfy!

The front buckets are completed.  All side and rear covers were covered as well.
The side bolsters were beefed up and an air lumbar added to the back.

The two tone was carried thru the back as well.

The wheel should finish the interior off quite nice.

Thanks for visiting.
