![]() This 57 will recieve a full custom sculptured interior. Pat Berry, of Crossroads Auto Body in Rapid City, SD, is the owner of this beautiful hardtop. ![]() We have begun to fabricate the door boards. ![]() The headliner will be sculptured as well. The frame work and base board have been installed. ![]() The center console will be a challange. The sides must have a removable panel for access to the fuses. ![]() The seats were done a few weeks ago so the car could be displayed in a show. ![]() Custom embroidering was stitched in the seat backs. ![]() The steel frame work is being covered with a PVC plastic. ![]() As you can see this molds and forms very well. ![]() Custom armrests are built. There will also be door pulls built in. ![]() This is a rough drawing of what the panel will look like. ![]() The headliner is taking shape. ![]() ![]() The rear deck panels are almost fabricated. ![]() The bars are stainless and will be polished. ![]() Now we can really start to see what it will look like! ![]() We just need the dome light installed to complete the liner. ![]() Now that the liner has been installed the insulation can be put in. ![]() ![]() Starting to cover panels is allways a good thing. ![]() The top pieces have been fabricated and we are close to upholstering. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() A pad has been made across the lower dash. ![]() You can see the fuse panel well in this shot. The insert is easily removed for fuze replacment or the entire side panel can be removed. ![]() When the stailess bars are polished and installed it should really dress this one up. ![]() The door panels are done. Now it's on to the trunk. ![]() ![]() A little snake leather on the wheel ties everything together. ![]() On to the trunk! ![]() ABS is used on the side panels. It forms well and will last for many years. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The underside of the decklid is all thats left on this one. ![]() The stainless strips have been polished and the deck lid finished. ![]() ![]() The rear stainless bars are polished and reinstalled. ![]() One last detail under the hood and this one is ready to enjoy. ![]() Thanks for viewing one of our past projects. Please visit our current project page to veiw what is in the shop today. Visit A&A Restoration where most of the fabrication on this car took place. Roy Keith Classics & Customs 719 Jensen Hwy.
